Staying Active/Healthy



DPA Everyday !!!
Try to do daily physical activity everyday.  You can record this information in a journal to share when you return to school!

Here are some ideas:
•Practice the yoga poses you learned this year, try to hold the pose for 30 seconds or longer.  Create your own yoga poses.  Remember to stretch and breathe!
•Turn on some music and dance for the entire song without stopping.  Make up different dance moves to go with the music.
•Jog on the spot and time it; try to improve your time by jogging longer than the last day. Do sets of 10 for sit ups, jumping jacks, and push ups.
